Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings at Lio Villas Resort are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before your booking date to info@liovillas.com or by calling +63 917 323 4313.
Rescheduling Option: Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your stay to different dates within one year from your original booking date, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, severe health crises, or other extraordinary events), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be processed within 7 to 14 days of approval.
Card Payment Terms & Conditions
Dynamic Pricing: Room rates are subject to change based on season and demand. The price quoted at the time of booking is locked in for your reservation.
Third-Party Payment Processing: Your card details are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card information. All payment processing complies with industry security standards.
Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email for your records.
